    Caleb Davis signs for 2019

Following 4 years in the US college system, Caleb Davis broke into the NBL signing with the Adelaide 36ers as a Development player. After a playoff stint with Adelaide, Caleb would play the back half of the SBL season for the Senators; helping the team reach the Semi-finals for the first time in almost 10 years.

Caleb will look to continue that strong half into the 2019 season, where he averaged better than 18 ppg and just under 6 rpg.  As a versatile forward, Caleb was able to do a great deal of damage from behind the 3 point line - hitting over 3 per game at 38%, while shooting 89% from the free throw line.

“It is great to have Caleb return for 2019” Head Coach, Mike Ellis said.  “He has the ability to stretch the floor and can control of a game at anytime.”

Davis came through the Senators junior program and is a great example of someone who displays what hard work and dedication can achieve. “Caleb is one of our juniors who has now played at the highest level in Australia” Kristy said about Caleb signing to play again. “We want to show there is a legitimate internal pathway for our juniors to play at this level and having guys like Caleb, Cody & Ash prove that we believe in our program and believe the juniors coming through can play at this level.”

Caleb joins our other returning players in Rob Anshila & Justin King as we look to take the next step in getting the SBL championship in 2019.
